Before Swapneel founded softusvista Inc., he spent three years at Goldman Sachs, where he visited global financial capitals New York and London to setup and built a new team for India office. The team started as a support team, which now provides solutions globally. He successfully handled communications covering Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia; co-ordinating with multiple teams on daily basis. Swapneel's consistent technical contributions into Embedded Electronics domain at Patni Computer Systems were specially recognized. Here, at a very young age he led team that delivered cross platform products successfully.

Pravin Saindane: Advisor, Technology
Pravin has an established distinguished experience in software product design and development for established clients like Microsoft and Hewlett Packard. He has worked in different capacities ranging from Individual contributor, Team Lead/ Technical Lead, Development Manager, technical Architect. He brings with him Medical domain expertise that he gathered at Varian Medical Systems where he has worked on of life critical medical equipments. With his interest, experience and expertise in Microsoft technologies and databases, he has created a repute of designing and troubleshooting most complex technical situations.
Pravin has earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune University and has gathered many technical certifications over the years.

Piyus Kanungo: Advisor, Business
Piyus is responsible for business development within the European region at softusvista’s. He has over 5 years of experience in financial services industry. He brings significantly diversified working experience of dealing with large corporate clients at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Mizuho Corporate Bank. His diligence has shown itself in a heel-digging perseverance to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Piyus holds an M.Sc in Financial Management & Marketing from Middlesex University, UK and Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Pune University, India.
